"Bedrooms were amazing with a loft additions. The communal area was open armored so beautiful views of the gardens, even in the rain with games and books and access to the kitchen to make a hot drink. The owner is Ecuadorian and speaks excellent German and English, his wife is American and speaks excellent Spanish."

"The signs weren’t super clear when we arrived in the dark. There was a huge gate that we needed to pull across to park in the parking area and walk up to the main house. This wasn’t a problem and adds some great security but initially there was some confusion of where we needed to go. Some signs would have helped."

"We loved our time at this hostel, the hostst are very helpfull and kind. Our private lodge was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The big highlight: their strong focus on sustainability. The place is largely self-sufficient and run with real care for the environment. Bonus: they have two super friendly dogs that made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!"

"Very peaceful Place. Tony and the whole team are there to make the stay a super special experience with a ton of knowledge about ecuador to share, fun activities and great hospitality. We did a rafting tour and went for a hike in the jungle and had the best time. we planned to stay one night and ended up staying three nights."
