Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

El personal de limpieza muy grosero y altanero, abría la puerta de la habitación sin pedir permiso y hacía la limpieza hasta después de las 4 de la tarde

Faltó por lo menos un desayuno básico y una atención más ágil en el restaurant.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

The pool wasn't working 💔🥹it was my first priority when I was booking the place,and they told me when I was already checking in🤦‍♀️

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

el hotel está muy descuidado, le urge una remodelación o o menos un mantenimiento mayor, alfombras sucias, cortinas viejas, baños muy viejos , decoración muy baoleta y muy obscuro . También le falta aire acondicionado a las áreas comunes

Dinner service was extremely slow

"Me ofrecieron 3 camas y lo cumplieron, en un cuarto limpio y con un baño muy funcional. A pesar de que llegué tarde, resolvieron el tema sin que hubiera necesidad de una persona haciendo nuestro registro de entrada. La zona está bonita para caminar y hay un tranvía que sale a unos pasos."

La entrada del edificio se ve descuidada, la recámara tenía muy poco espacio para equipaje y como éramos 3 personas con 4 maletas, no nos sentíamos cómodos. Además, aunque tenía un soporte en la pared, no tenía TV en el cuarto.

"En general la habitación está bien, es cómodo aunque había detalles de limpieza en el baño, se desprendía un olor extraño. Al aire acondicionado creo que le faltaba mantenimiento porque hacía más ruido de lo normal y me hacía estornudar. El personal es muy amable, todos te hacen sentir como en casa. La ubicación está un poco a la orilla del centro, pero no hay mayor inconveniente para llegar."
