I cannot praise this hotel enough, and most importantly, I cannot thank the hotel manager, Mr. Nurlan, enough for what he did for us. Mr. Nurlan was incredibly supportive and helpful in every possible way — not only inside the hotel, but even outside the hotel, assisting us with arrangements, guidance, and personal support that went far beyond his duties. His dedication, generosity, and genuine care are truly rare to find. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. He turned our visit to Gabala into a perfect experience and set a new standard for what true hospitality means. This hotel is outstanding, but Mr. Nurlan is its greatest asset. "I's a nice, relaxing place in a beautiful natural setting. A bit above Nioumachoua and with a very nice view over the hills and coast from the room balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they can inform you about possible activities as well. The room was comfortable and reasonably clean, there was an (intact) mosquito net and air con. The breakfast was included and you can order dinner as well, which was delicious."

The door handles tend to fall out and should be repaired. Some ants in the room. Some waiting time for breakfast.

"Very friendly and helpful hosts, as well as all the staff members. Big and nice bedroom with a little balcony. This one doesn't offer the best view, but the terrace even more - an absolutely stunning view. The breakfast is good as well as the dinner. You can walk upon a little rock and enjoy sunrise or sundown with a cool drink and a breathtaking view. The lodge is a nice option for the beginning or the end of a Namibia trip because it's located not far away from the airport and only little more than one hour drive from the city of Windhoek."

the shower needs to be updated it was not a good quality either from the hand held shower or the overhead one and the rooms by the road are noisy even though they said they are insulated, they are not and you can hear the cars very well
