"Lo que no me gustó fue: - La zona no es la mejor, pero todo te queda caminando. - Cuando llegamos, hubo un tema de seguridad, que una persona intentó entrar a robar y tardó en llegar la policía. Pareció un caso aislado - Nos cambiaron de habitación un par de veces por confusión y eso nos generó incomodidad."

En especial la atención del personal, tanto de recepción como de cocina, mención especial para el Sr. Efraín que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa, lo felicitamos. La ubicación es muy buena a un minuto del mercado de abastos, 5 min de plaza de armas. El lugar muy lindo y conservado, habitaciones impecables en cuanto a limpieza, baño amplio, buena presión de agua y calientita. El desayuno muy completo y delicioso. Nos ayudaron a guardar nuestro equipaje para un trekking, mil gracias por ello. Cuando volvamos a Cusco sin dudar volveremos a hospedarnos aquí."

"This hotel went above and beyond. We both developed a fever and cough while there and they came to check on us, sent for a doctor, and we ended up being hospitalized and diagnosed with pneumonia, exacerbated by the altitude. This was amazing service. Thank you."

"Location was excellent, not far from Plaza Armas, the main square and just across from San Pedro Market. Beautifully maintained hotel inside and box breakfasts were available on 2 occasions when I had early morning trips. Very helpful and friendly staff, great experience."

"Excellent position close to San Pedro Station from where we had an early departure. Also convenient for city, 10 mins walk to Plaza de Armas. We were given breakfast bags when we left af 6am. Hotel is squeaky clean. Small lounge area with hot water and tea available."

"Amerindia is super charming and well located near San Pedro market, the train station and 10 minutes from Plaza de Armas. Rooms have all the necessary for a good stay and they are cleaned daily which is not always the standard in Peru. Free herbal teas and coca leaves are a nice touch available to all guests. The staff is very helpful and kind, they organised taxis for me and packed breakfast for my early morning trips. The little café downstairs it is a hidden gem, their local wines and food are delicious! Included breakfast it is also great and offers great variety. I really enjoyed my stay, thanks Amerindia team!"
