"The key pick up is inconvenient, it should be at the location. The instruction booklet in the apartment is requesting to take off the bedding at the end, which should be an included service for the price paid."

"Location was fine but a bit out of town. Amenities were all to a good standard within the apartment. Could provide better (and more) washing up liquid. Communication with P&C was good but a bit too corporate and missing the personal touch."

"We did not appreciate being told a few days before arrival that we needed to pick the key up in Andorra Le Vella, especially when there are lots of key safes at Ribasol for other apartments! Also there are no small cooking pots or wooden spoons, and there was no dustpan."

"La comunicación ha sido impecable, muy atentos. El apartamento está genial, tiene servicio de todo para 6 personas, hemos estado muy agusto. Fuimos en pleno invierno, y es muy cálido, no hemos pasado nada de frío. Las vistas, preciosas. Recomendable. Amueblado sencillo, pero con muy buen gusto."

"Al permitirse la entrada de mascotas, vimos mucho pelo de animal en el sofa, y los colchones del sofa cama, que son los que más se ven al hacer y deshacer la cama, estaban un poco sucios. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y cuidado, es quizás por eso que contrastaba negativamente"

"Ubicació perfecte per anar a peu al remontador i amb parada de bus que arriba a Andorra la Vella per tant, un cop arribes no cal tocar el cotxe."

"El tema de encontrar el apartamento y situarse en el edificio... Es bastante lioso ... Y puedes alucinar al principio... Luego acabas entendiendo claro... Pero de primeras "te vuelves loco" y atención al cliente tarda en contestar."

"L’apartament es gran i molt ben equipat. Et fa sentir com a casa. Te aparcament. La cuina està molt bé, equipada i té rentadora. Ideal per a 4 persones. Poden estar-hi fins a 6 ja que te sofà-llit."
