"Buenas instalaciones, jardines bien mantenidos, bellas vistas. Muy bonito el lugar donde está ubicado, tiene salida para caminar por la costa. El personal es muy amable."

El problema de la ciudad es que no tiene transporte fluido, tampoco hay veredas y la mayoría de los accesos a playa son a través de escaleras. Si usaras silla de ruedas o coche para bebé sería un problema. El hotel podría ofrecer a sus huéspedes traslados con alguna empresa

The location is a bit isolated. Would be nice if there was as strip mall or something in the area to go buy stuff.

Lot of stairs to bring down the luggage and carry it back. The train track adjoining the hotel is very annoying and extremely noisy when the train passes through.

The shower curtain was washed, but it showed signs of wear and tear and needs replacing. That's the only thing

A hotel csodálatosan szép helyen van, a kertben játszótér, teniszpálya, röplabdapálya is megtalálható. A szobák nagyon tiszták, elegánsak, jól felszereltek. Az ételek isteniek, bőségesek, változatosak. Minden fantasztikus volt."

There was some water on the bathroom floor, which I guess was caused by a leaking pipe. It did affect the overall experience a bit.

La piscine était sur entretien et en train detre remplir. Dommage pour nous que on ne pouvait pas nager. Mais prochainement ca sera possible.

Main dining area felt rather utiltarian. Food was fine , service friendly. The bingo/ karaoke evening was good fun

"Отель новый, все как на фото и в описании, туалетные принадлежности есть (мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, зубная щетка) , имеются халаты и тапочки, чайник и чашки."

Жили на третьем этаже, лестницы очень крутые, взрослым людям будет тяжело подниматься. Завтрак был включен, ожидание было, конечно, другое, но увы, сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Утром пошли на завтрак, девушка, встретившая нас с ходу сказала, что кроме яичницы ничего нет. В итоге принесли яичницу с колбасой, на вопрос из какого мяса, ответила грубо, что не знает. На 4 человека дали один чайник чая, попросили дополнительно еще чайник, но это уже было платным. В номере не помешало бы поставить большое зеркало и светильники. Думаю, такие мелочи дали бы уют в номерах.
