The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

Los cuartos muy limpios, la cama supercomoda, cafetera en la habitacion, el desayuno muy bueno, hay dos tipos, a la carta y bufet ligero.. Fue suficiente ambos. Restaurante y bar muy agradables, tienen hora del te, y show los fines de semana baile irlandes, musica en vivo entre semana un cantante guitarrista, los chicos y chicas del servicio super atentos.. Esta a 10 minutos del centro caminando super cerca de todo, transporte publico accesible.. ME ENCANTO"

Solamente les falta un buen tequila... Tienen tequilas muy malos. Soy mexicano, por eso lo comento, pero estoy muy contento del hotel y el sevicio.. Excelente precio y calidad.

Al aire acondicionado creo que le faltaba mantenimiento porque hacía más ruido de lo normal y me hacía estornudar. El personal es muy amable, todos te hacen sentir como en casa. La ubicación está un poco a la orilla del centro, pero no hay mayor inconveniente para llegar."

"I had a great stay at Tulip Hotel. Room 105 was cozy, clean, spacious, and bright. The bed was large and very comfortable, the room was very clean and nice , and everything felt well maintained. I also really liked the stylish and cozy bar area. The interior design is beautiful and thoughtfully done. You can clearly see the creative ideas behind the concept, all focused on making guests feel comfortable. The team work of the staff is impressive. Service is smooth and professional. The food is delicious, breakfasts and lunch were excellent. The spa area is another highlight, especially the hammam and the pool with refreshing ice cold water.Wonderful! Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming hotel that fully deserves a high rating. I would definitely stay here again."

The only downside is the soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in the hallway, especially when guests check in or out or use the shower nearby. The room 105 could benefit from better noise insulation.

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.
