"The host was very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. Hostel was close to the center. It was a pleasure to enjoy peacefulness here. Bed was good to sleep. Nice mountainview from the windows. Internet worked perfectly. Shop and museum is very close like villages other services as well."

"The location is a bit remote from the city of Lugano, but the views are wonderful and it's surrounded by nature. The house itself is very cozy, welcoming and well maintained."

Wifi was very poor both in the living room and the private bedroom. I struggled connecting for work. I can't say that this was good value for money considering how far it was from Lugano city centre and all other activity spots. I didn't have breakfast, because it was another 20 francs on top of everything else and that wasn't really ideal for someone travelling on a budget.

"Perfect location within a couple of minutes' walk from the main train station (and a big mall with a supermarket open until late), surprisingly quiet for being in the very centre of the city, exceptionally clean. Great value for money. Very satisfied, thank you so much!"

Toilet room very cold in winter but you don't spend a long time in it anyway, lol. Mattress could be a bit better but nothing that prevented a good night's sleep.

"Iba con un poco de mal rollo por las reviews pero todo lo mío estuvo perfecto. Además la vista desde el balcón fue un plus! Está súper bien ubicado! Lo máximo. Y el personal genial!! Gracias al chico que me indicó a donde ir a comer y aunque me dijo que hace tiempo no baila, me indicó también lugares para bailar. Igualmente gracias a la chica que en la mañana me dio otras indicaciones."

Había una chica gritando toda la noche que no tiene esto de culpa el hospedaje. Pero se hubiese podido controlar con alguien poniéndole un alto

"Charlie welcomed me very friendly and introduced me to the house and facilities. Everything was very clean and welcoming. Communication was absolute great and there was no issues at all. Although I accidentally chose the wrong room when I booked, she allowed me to change it (I wanted a female room) without hesitation. Thanks Charlie for your great hospitality, I will definitely recommend 77 Tourist House!"

There is nothing not to like. But, as you need a code to enter your room, its probably not a good idea to rush to the toilet in the middle of the night, and forgetting phone with the code in the room 😊 (didn't happen, but could 🤣). Love it here...

Todo estuvo muy bien, sólo noté que en los baños estaría bien que pusieran ganchitos para colgar las cosas, sólo hay uno en el baño del lobby. También estaría bien un espejo de cuerpo completo en las habitaciones.

Very basic. I had a room to myself, but if I had to share, it'd be very cramped. Power outlet wasn't near the beds.
