No hubo agua caliente, dado que llovió todos los días y no calentó el panel. Había pocos lugares comunes donde estar cuando llueve. La habitación compartida es pequeña para la cantidad de camas disponibles. Cuando se ocupan todas, se abarrota demasiado. Hay muy poco espacio entre camas, cuando se abre el guarda equipaje es difícil moverse.

The capsule room could have been a little bigger, but it was nice nonetheless.

"Excelente personal y muy amable. Varios baños disponibles y sobretodo suficiente espacio y equipo para cocinar y guardar alimentos . El plus fue la lavadora y secadora a disposición para los huéspedes. A pesar de la antigüedad del lugar y las instalaciones un poco viejas, la limpieza estuvo excelente e impecable todo el tiempo."

La ubicación no es céntrica, pero es una excelente relación calidad-precio.

"The location is a bit remote from the city of Lugano, but the views are wonderful and it's surrounded by nature. The house itself is very cozy, welcoming and well maintained."

Wifi was very poor both in the living room and the private bedroom. I struggled connecting for work. I can't say that this was good value for money considering how far it was from Lugano city centre and all other activity spots. I didn't have breakfast, because it was another 20 francs on top of everything else and that wasn't really ideal for someone travelling on a budget.

"A wonderful hotel that makes you sleep with peace of mind. A warm reception and a smile on their faces. The breakfast is good. The place is very quiet and peaceful. I recommend it to you. The room has air conditioning and a flat-screen TV that only has Tunisian channels. There are no movie channels. This is the point.I don't like it. I want all the channels on the TV. Wi-Fi in every room. Good. The security guard is cheerful. Thank you."

I just didn't like the breakfast. I don't want eggs with onions. Everyone is free to eat what they want.

Es un hostal y como tal cumple su función muy bien, estoy consciente de que no se puede pedir las instalaciones o amenities de un hotel. Sin embargo, si creo que los cuartos privados se sienten un poco encerrados y el precio si es un poco más algo, supongo esto se debe a la ubicación.

The tap at the kitchen is likking while open. Somw floor tales must be fixed. One of the light bulbs needs replacement.

Todo estuvo muy bien, sólo noté que en los baños estaría bien que pusieran ganchitos para colgar las cosas, sólo hay uno en el baño del lobby. También estaría bien un espejo de cuerpo completo en las habitaciones.

Lack of privacy in shared bedroom but that was okay. I could live with that.

"Great helpful staff, freshly cleaned room. I arrived earlier than planned and they quickly swept and mopped the room and made up my bed while I waited. Super central location. Showers were hot. Got given a roll of toilet paper on check in which seems like a great solution to previous negative reviews saying toilet paper ran out and wasn't topped up. Great value for money"

There was no common area to hang out in like a lounge or courtyard or kitchen, but even still I made new friends just in my dorm room, in the corridor and in the bathroom while brushing my teeth. Probably not ideal for light sleepers as there is a karaoke bar nearby but I really enjoyed being able to hear all the singing!

"Ahmed y Raschid hacen que TOP HOUSE HOSTEL en Abu Dhabi te sientas como en casa. Segura y atendida. Me invitaron café, té, a desayunar. Todo momento checando mi estadía, que fuera placentera. Raschid cada vez que salía a pasear me deseaba buen paseo y cualquier cosa le llamara para resolver cualquier situación. Ahmed me fue a dejar al aeropuerto. Estacionó su automóvil, y hasta encontrar el mostrador de SMARTWINGS en la terminal 1A , se despidió de mi con un abrazo y un chai! Además puedes usar la cocina equipada. Lavar ropa en la lavadora Está en un último piso. Tiene guardia a la entrada Y abajo hay un restaurante que vende sándwiches, café, té, jugos, samosas , deliciosos. Mil gracias por su hospitalidad!!!"

Although I accidentally chose the wrong room when I booked, she allowed me to change it (I wanted a female room) without hesitation. "Absolutely loved my stay here! The ambiance is so serene! It's nice and quiet at night so you'll sleep peacefully. Location is great as it's located in the community area and not in the national park yet it's close to everything you will want to visit during your stay. I also love that they're so organised with tours they provided good information and hade competitive rates if not the best rates in the area. The service was on point from the moment I arrived until checkout. The food so delicious! I stayed in a cottage with a balcony, the view was super, I highly recommend those rooms. Thank you so much for having! I'll definitely be back"
