"Room: The room was big and spacious, very comfortable for our stay. Location: The biggest plus point of this hotel is the location. It is right on Sheikh Zayed Road, and the metro station is just outside the hotel. It is perfect for those who are coming for exhibitions or visiting the World Trade Centre. Breakfast: The breakfast spread is good and offers many options. However, as we are vegetarian, there were limited choices available for us."

"Everything on site. Good breakfast buffet. Pool is well watched by vigilant lifeguards and kids enjoy the pool for hours. Floor 24 good facilities as they are friendly and daytime facilities to access."

"Room was good size, clean, beds are large and comfortable, bathroom is very good. Location is perfect if you are for a conference at the WTC. Breakfast was very good, the restaurant has an external and internal parts both are brilliant. Good food varieties. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Noted exceptionally the staff at the breakfast buffet who was preparing the omelettes (11th -13th Feb), he is doing an amazing job, like an artist with a calm and exert nature.. well done to him."

"The staff at the reception gave me an unpleasant and unnecessary glitch. On checking in for my 2-night stay, I told them that I have extended a 3rd night and paid for it. They assured me they have completed all required paperwork and registration for that and all is sorted. After my 2nd night stay, I went up to my room to realise my keys doesn't work and I was embarrassed in front of everyone in the lift that my room key is not working, had to go up and down again after a long busy day. Turned out the reception need to manually update my keys after my original booking end in order for the extended room access to work. No one mentioned that when I checked in. I wasn't happy, basically I was standing there with no access to my room that I have paid for which has all my belongings! I thought that was not professional in a hotel of that scale. Blocking my access to my room half way through and failing to communicate the requirement of manual key update was an unnecessary process failure on their part."

"great location and outstanding service! I was asked several times during my stay if everything was to my expectation. Breakfast is amazing with plenty choice. Coffee is served to the table and always made by a Barista who knows how to make a proper Cappuccino! Nice terrace!"

"We used the Spa facilities and had some excellent massages. Dina and Iriana were fantastic. The best massages we have ever had. It elevated our whole experience."

"Great room with a view... breakfast was awesome .. must try to see the variety and the courteous staff.. Lounge was great addition.. Every evening was welcomed by friendly faces who were eager to serve.. Love this place.. Location is great.. just a hop from the train station... I will surely stay here again and again,,"

"I had an amazing stay at Conrad. From the initial staff interaction at check-in to the check-out was amazing. The staff and the facilities management team were very courteous, friendly and easy to deal with. Check in and out was easy. Breakfast had good varieties of food select from and they were all presented very well. Toiletries had carefully curated list of items to make my stay memorable. I would love to come and stay again at Conrad"

"Absolutely Fantastic!!! The Conrad will now be our "go to" place in Dubai, we have tried other hotels, yet none can match the sheer 5 star service and utter indulgence provided by the Conrad. Amazing friendly staff, simply gorgeous food, superb facilities throughout, combined with one of the best pool and Spa areas you'll ever come across!! The location is absolutely perfect for both work and play!! Stop looking and start booking!!!"
