"Perfectly situated for seeing the many sites of Berat, which, in itself, is a beautiful place worthy of at least a two day visit. View from our room was fantastic. Staff were outstanding, most notably Raimonda, who went above and beyond as if it is second nature to her. Breakfast room offers spectacular panoramic views and the breakfast was very nice. The air conditioning was very welcome in the hot climate we enjoyed. Beds were comfortable with nice bed linen."
