"Friendly and precise hosts. Excellent location, allowing you to be within walking distance to the lake and staying close to the center of Sevan. A quiet place for a comfortable rest in one large room divided by a curtain into two zones. Plus an additional sleeping area on the balcony. The property photos are completely accurate."

"Хорошая чистая квартира. Кровати были очень удобными, постельное белье чистое. Квартира была убрана, все необходимое для проживание в ней есть. Хозяева приятные люди, всегда на связи. До пляжа на озере Севан 10 минут пешком. Так же в пешей доступности магазинчики и кафе. В 5 км Монастырь, с которого открывается чудесный вид на Севан. Нам все понравилось."

"Very smooth arrival. Key was ready instantly the time of arrival. He was very helpful and tried to be available in case we need his help all the time. Very quite neighborhood. It's ike a local places and as a same time so many grocery shops around within 5 mins walk. It's a cozy place to stay for 2. Just connect the beds together and it won't be a problem. He even waited for us to make sure we are getting our taxi once we were leaving. Very caring person. I would definitely go back again if I would ever come back to Armenia."

"Nice and clean hostel with friendly owner and staff. Beds quality are on the cheaper side and just 1 bathroom is not enough, but the stay was pleasant. Will definitely stay again."
