"Чудесные доброжелательные хозяева, удобное расположение (рядом с водой, кафе/ресторанами, сувенирами, монастырем и при этом обособленно, тихо), удобные матрасы, крытая терасса, чистенько и есть все необходимое, в том числе, для отдыха компанией (мангал, шампуры, карты, нарды, тарелки для блюд и т.д)."

"Домик находится прямо под монастырем Севанаванк, у пляжа. На выходных, когда приезжало много людей было шумно вечером, в будние дни - нет. Недалеко горы - мы залезали на вершину, там потрясающие виды на Севан. В домике чисто, уютно, очень приятные хозяева - по нашей просьбе привезли нам фен и гладильную доску. Все необходимое есть."

"Нестабильный интернет, раздается с телефона, все время слетал, когда получается поправить, а когда нет. В душе очень медленно спускается вода, нужно ждать после предыдущего человека, иначе вода переливается через бортик."

"The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I also liked the cozy atmosphere in the apartment and the quietness of the area where the hotel is located. The owners of the hotel really think about how to improve the quality :) For me, this is a comfortable hotel. "The property is newly renovated. Everything is very clean - cosy place with TV for relaxing. New facilities such as hob stove for cooking. Everything was very clean. It was very quiet, and peaceful place to relax. It is ideal location, walking into center of Gyumi does not take long, perhaps 15-20mins walking. I strongly recommend to stay here and relax in Gyumri. The owner is a very pleasant fellow, and was always available should anything be required. Thank you once again, for making my stay in Gyumri so enjoyable. I look forward to return, one day!"
