The location is excellent—close to a supermarket and within walking distance to Republic Square, making it very convenient. Есть гладильная доска, утюг, сушилка для белья, в ванной разные шампуни, гели для душа, а ещё стиралка с порошком! Под домом ресторан с армянской кухней, в пешей доступности торговый центр с большим продуктовым и фуд-кортом, небольшой рынок с местными овощами, фруктами, ягодами. Прямо во дворе стоит красивущий питьевой фонтанчик. Есть лифт, так что чемоданы не приходится таскать."
