"The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I also liked the cozy atmosphere in the apartment and the quietness of the area where the hotel is located. The owners of the hotel really think about how to improve the quality :) For me, this is a comfortable hotel. I do not need a lot of space and at the same time it should be comfortable to work and relax."

"Отличное местоположение, находится в новом доме с лифтом. Во дворе бесплатная парковка. Свободное место всегда находили"

"Вода в душе непостоянной температуры. То кипяток, то холодная. Постоянно нужно подстраивать. Дверь в ванную не закрывалась. Нет удобного обеденного стола. Есть низкий журнальный столик, и высокий барный, но без стульев. В целом, квартира приятная, но на долгосрок будет некомфортно."

"The property is newly renovated. Everything is very clean - cosy place with TV for relaxing. New facilities such as hob stove for cooking. Everything was very clean. It was very quiet, and peaceful place to relax. It is ideal location, walking into center of Gyumi does not take long, perhaps 15-20mins walking. I strongly recommend to stay here and relax in Gyumri. The owner is a very pleasant fellow, and was always available should anything be required. Thank you once again, for making my stay in Gyumri so enjoyable. I look forward to return, one day!"

"Хорошее расположение - на параллельной улице, в трех минутах ходьбы два банка и банкомат, продуктовый магазин работающий или до 24 часов или вовсе все 24 часа. В самих апартаментах все в целом хорошо: чистое белье, порядок, есть стиральная машина, на кухне плитка на одну позицию, чайная станция и холодильник. Отдельная благодарность за вечернее заселение в районе 22 часов и раннее выселение в 8:30 (все происходит в присутствии представителей компании, сдающей апартаменты)"
