Como decia el unico punto en contra es el comedor, además las mesas estaban demasiado cerca unas de otras lo que generaba un desorden y lo otro es que no había aire acondicionado en un comedor ubicado en un piso -1. Pero es un excelente lugar y comodo.

The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

"Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, nuevas, el área de la piscina es muy grande y está muy cerca de la playa y de un centro comercial que tiene supermercado y variedad de restaurantes."

El parqueadero aunque es gratis, depende de la disponibilidad, a veces conseguimos, a veces no, por lo demás es una excelente opción, repetiría sin dudarlo.

"Very comfortable sleeping room, big kitchen and dining room area. Everything you need regarding cleaning, washing and household. Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"

"The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.

Kigali is a city which is really spread out so therefore there is no central part as such. It is with an easy reach of the airport and the city centre by Taxi. I would make this a destination Hotel. Extremely good value for money and you need to try the Rwandan breakfast

"The hotel is great. The rooms are huge, with two toilets, kitchen and everything else you need, even an iron and ironing board. They changed towels every few days."

Johnny is very welcoming and speaks excellent English and Dutch amongst other languages. He arranged airport transfers and transfers to Cidade Velha which all went smoothly. There is a cafe and few restaurants round the corner and a pretty restaurant by the beach."

The only downside in our opinion is no grocery stores in walking distance. You do need a car to move around.

"Location. Next to lake. You can see lake sunrise and sunset. Food is good."

Sound proof should be better. Everyone will wake up if somebody using the toilet. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay.

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.
