"From the beginning when I booked, contacted in private, for further information, the host has been very nice. The place is located in a small hill with an amazing view and rivers sound. "Once inside the apartment, it is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

Kigali is a city which is really spread out so therefore there is no central part as such. It is with an easy reach of the airport and the city centre by Taxi. I would make this a destination Hotel. Extremely good value for money and you need to try the Rwandan breakfast

El parqueadero aunque es gratis, depende de la disponibilidad, a veces conseguimos, a veces no, por lo demás es una excelente opción, repetiría sin dudarlo.

The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay."

The road to the property is a little bumpy

"Nice setting, clean and comfortable room. Liked seeing the wildlife and walking the trails. In addition to the pool there's also table tennis, a football table and other games you can play which is a nice touch."

There was no tea or coffee in the room. Instead coffee was changed at an excessive rate. The same applies to the resturant: I always expect to pay over the odds in a place like this but this really was excessive! The final thing I thought was harsh is the 10 am check out time especially at low season.

Como decia el unico punto en contra es el comedor, además las mesas estaban demasiado cerca unas de otras lo que generaba un desorden y lo otro es que no había aire acondicionado en un comedor ubicado en un piso -1. Pero es un excelente lugar y comodo.

"Very clean and spacious in a quiet neighbourhood. 10 mins to a little beach and 25 mins walk to the old center. Johnny is very welcoming and speaks excellent English and Dutch amongst other languages. He arranged airport transfers and transfers to Cidade Velha which all went smoothly. There is a cafe and few restaurants round the corner and a pretty restaurant by the beach."

"This was an amazing stay! We loved our room/apartment! It was a great value for money - plenty of space and very handy to have a kitchen! There were laundry services available and breakfast was spectacular! The location was great - just a short walk from the supermarket and the main square. The staff was lovely!"

We stayed during the heatwave which I suppose is pretty rare. There’s no air conditioning but it was naturally quite cool in the apartment!

"Todo, la ubicación es muy buena, el departamento tiene de todo, Rodrigo nos ayudó mucho con una necesidad que tuvimos. Yo pensaba que era caro pero resultó siendo muy barato viendo lo que ofrece, lo recomendaría a todos los viajeros. 1 cama muy grande y un sofá enorme, muy buena cocina y baño de lujo."

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.

"The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good variety of options. The location was excellent—close to shops and public transport, which made it very convenient to get around."

Free Wi-Fi connection was sometimes unstable, especially during the evening.

"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

"Everything! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and go out their way to never say no! Management was very accommodating and visible. The room looked much better than the pictures and was very clean. All the amenities necessary was provided in the room with a bonus plate of chocolates. The bed was comfortable! Overall, the Anne guest house was outstanding! There is honestly not enough space for me to write all the compliments I have for this guest house."

The tv in the room is small and the tv options are limited in the room but it is not something that makes me not want to come back. I will definitely return.
