"Good location, comfortable bed, spacious, great breakfast."

Air conditioner did not work in our room. Reported it 3 times, maintenance came twice but no fix. Some staff members at reception were not as helpful or enthusiastic as other staff.

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

Nothing at all it is a very minor thing if the bathroom shower had an issue but staff helped me with a bucket so it was taken care of very quickly.

Metro and all the Transport are really near and Easy tò take it. we have a 3 month-old baby . our journey finished in the morning but we have the Flight in the evening and Adrienn was kind enough to let us stay in the warmth of the apartment until we left for the airport. "This is not an ordinary tourist trap place - beautiful hotel with stunning view from the room and terrace, surrounded by wild nature. The road to the parking is a bitnarrow as you drive through an authentic village but nothng dramatic for an ordinary driver. The hotel is a bit older, but everything is perfectly clean and working in order. All you need you can find in the apartment + fully equipped kitchen. Very warm welcome on reception just wraps up the experience. The stay reminded me of old times in grandparents house deep in forrests, amazing experience!"

"The Apartment was very comfortable, warm, nicely equipped and has everything you need. It is quiet, the beds are comfortable with two nice bedrooms and dark curtains, so you can sleep very well. It even has a small balcony."

It is quite far away from the city but the Luas makes it very easy to get there, so it is really ok as a location. There is not much around, but the supermarket is close and some food-places too.

"The staff were really kind and helpful. And they never even expect to be tipped. We wanted to tip the girl who was so helpful to us throughout our stay but there was nobody there on the day we left because our flight was too early."

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

"Beautiful territory, nice stuff, excellent location, proximity to the beach. Absolutely beautiful place to stay close to the old port, very convenient for the kids to swim. A bit outside of the city and I loved it! Walking distance to the kite beach or shell cemetery. Enjoyed to be surrounded by so many flowers on the territory. Definitely good value for the money. Book in advance!"

The kids bed wasn’t really comfortable and was somehow uneven.

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with directions to/from the property and allowing me to stay in the bar area until I went to the bus station in the evening."

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.
