Metro and all the Transport are really near and Easy tò take it. we have a 3 month-old baby . our journey finished in the morning but we have the Flight in the evening and Adrienn was kind enough to let us stay in the warmth of the apartment until we left for the airport. "The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

"Nos gustó lo espacioso, nuevo y limpio que era el apartamento.Vistas desde dormitorio a la Pagoda Shwedagon. Estuvimos 4 noches cómo en casa, limpieza diaria además con gimnasio en el edificio y destacar la amabilidad de la chica de recepción, nos dejó salir más tarde al tener bus nocturno. Es una pena que no vayan los turistas !!!"

"Location and view from balcony of the sea and Orient Bay amazing, sit and watch the sunrise. Walk along the beach to restaurants and bars in the day and evening. Linda was there to greet us, very friendly and helpful. Apartment clean and comfortable. Small shop onsite for bread etc, everyone friendly lots of wild life, birds, bearded dragons and donkeys!"

"The place was very, very quiet (you only heard the rustling of th sea) and the view on the sea was extremely beautiful, one of the best sea views I ever saw (and I travelled a lot!). When I was there I also saw very many butterflies. The room was well equipped with fridge and tea facilities. The lady can make good meals. The village of Sauteurs is only half an hour walking from the place over a quiet road. Sauteurs is a little dull but has a certain Caribbean charm."

There is no airco. The cottages are on a slope, so sometimes you have to climb from your cottage to th reception and restaurant.

"Excellent apartment with everything you could need- comfortable bed, great shower, small kitchenette with microwave & oven, dishwasher & kettle. Located half way between the train/bus station & old town but shops/restaurants are close by. Lovely host who was very accommodating and response to my queries. Would definitely stay here again."

It did mention washing machine, but there wasn’t one in the apartment, but there may have been one available for the apartment complex. I didn’t need to do washing so didn’t follow up about it.

Los aparatos del gimnasio requieren mantenimiento porque se usan poco y la alberca se inhabilita fácilmente si llueve. El internet tiene poco alcance en las habitaciones, pero se puede trabajar en otras áreas cerca de las recepción.

Standard Icelandic check in process - was sent a code (can’t remember if we asked the day before after reading the reviews), didn’t actually meet anyone Well equipped kitchen Comfortable bed Good parking"

"Very friendly service, it was very clean. Very safe, the beds are pure white and comfortable, luxurious kitchen and sitting room. I will stay there definitely again. Thank you very much."

Can't complain. It was very good.

Our room was located near the pool pump so was a bit noisy; we had to keep the balcony doors closed at all the time

The AC in the bedroom was too noisy. And i hope they will fix the elevator soon.

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

"كل شي في المكان جميل، منطقة مراسي فيها كل ما تحتاج من اسواق ومطاعم وسينما وبحر، فعلًا لا تحتاج ان تخرج من المنتجع. شكر خاص للأخ Tayyab والأخت ريم على التواصل الدايم والسؤال قبل الوصول وبعد المغادرة، كان تعامل أكثر من رائع."

"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.
