"The lady was a nice and warm person. I had a great experience here. The location is very convenient, the heart of Tbilisi city. Many tourist places are walking distance. Facilities are also good. It comes with a laundry machine and cooking equipment. The room is spacious and clean."

Bedding. I personally prefer white sheets for places to stay. It's the only way I can tell 100% that my bed is clean.

The staff did their very best to ensure we enjoyed our stay, they were very attentive. The property was perfect for me and my whanau (family) we live near the ocean in NZ. We enjoy being near the ocean and forest. A great opportunity for all to rejuvenate mind and body. We were all able to relax and enjoy the private beach. We were very grateful and blessed for their assistance with the option of a late check-out and help with transport to Uturoa Airport. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The Kitchen/pantry storage and dining area's were clean perfect for our needs. We will be back. Tau Ke!!"

"The apartment complex was in a fabulous location and it was nice to have a living area downstairs and a garden area as extra space (though we didn't end up using either much). The apartment had everything we needed and the balcony was lovely too - excellent mountain views."

It would have been nice to have a bit more information about how you hire bikes and use the laundry (both had a charge) provided in the folder in the flat, but Edi was very good at replying to our questions.

Also the food at the restaurant below my room had very delicious food, also from the balcony of the restaurant I enjoyed the ocean view and beautiful sunsets. I do not really have any complaints about anything, because all of my wishes have been granted during my stay. So I have nothing to complain about. Keep up the good work and service! Everything was just perfect!

The only downside was the lack of basic hygiene items like towels and soap. Overall, a great place to stay!

Location was far from the main tourist centers in Nungwi and stone town. Suggest getting a car if you are there - lucky we had one. Otherwise great stay!

"The unit was very very clean. We were close to the beach. Walking distance. Beach towels , chairs and umbrella were available. There was a beach bar right on the beach that we ate at. We did not rent a car. We used M&M taxi while we were there. Awesome service. We also ate at Miss B. Another spot on the beach front. We enjoyed our time. Thank you. We were a party of three. Wifi was able to handle all your streaming needs."

"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.

"Great view from the terrace, comfortable queen size bed, quiet area. The kitchen is small but has all equipment. The shower pressure is low bit low. Owners are responding on the spot and live just the house above! Any problem, they respond rapidly."

For us the beds were a bit small, we are used to larger beds For a late check out they offer to stay in a common area and they charge 25 euro per person for this. I think this service should be offered complementary.

"Borel is exception in my opinion, i have visited the property two times and enjoyed my stay each time. The location is perfect if you are looking for a place to rest, privacy, good security and comfort. Bonamousadi market is not far from the residence, very easy to get into the city if you want to."

From my experience, alot has improved. The internet speed is far better, reaction time for is very good, and the staffs are true human in their interaction with me. I think they have mastered the act of hospitality. I will visit again in my next trip.

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."
