"We loved the old town location, overlooking the canal & a 5 min stroll to Grote Markt. Staff were really profesional, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed an amazing NYE in Mechelen. Bottled water & coffee in room a plus. Spotlessly clean and great to have 2 chairs."
"The beds! The top mattress sat on tired under mattress making for uncomfortable night for one of us."
"I left an item of clothing in my room and I would specifically like to thank Zoe at Reception for helping me by posting the item of clothing back to me in London. Zoe was so patient in explaining the process and so efficient in getting this done. Thank you very much for the kindness and professional attitude, Zoe. The shower was amazing, just by the way. And the breakfasts were fabulous. The mini fridge in the room is a great plus."
