While advertised as a B&B it is not like the many B&Bs we have visited over the years where you have access to a lounge and receive a full breakfast. The accommodations are really a bedroom and bathroom with a small eating area on the bottom floor of a row house unit. There was a patio outdoors which was nice but overall the space was small and the breakfast was a continental breakfast you made yourself.

"The balcony was vast, convenient for reading a book or taking a drink/meal, and with excellent view. The hosts were cordial and extremely helpful."

Actually, description was ambiguous: contrary to expectation, the toilet, bathroom and kitchen were shared (with the hosts and with the renter from the other room that is hired within the property), not private.

"Excellent accommodation, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very helpful and everything was exactly as described. Highly recommended!"

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

The host cannot speak much English, but make it up through effort and enthusiasm, so you will still understand in the end (with or without Google translate). Breakfast was ok, but almost only sweets, so some less sugary stuff as well could be good. Some of the toiletries just lasted, so not a big issue, but if providing more then would not have to ration. Can also be a bit difficult to find (more so since some streets are currently closed-off due to construction).

"Our room faced the water. Great view. The room is spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a room before we rented the full house with a group of friends. Despite it being 5 rooms, sharing one bathroom, it never felt crowded. Good value for an otherwise expensive travel destination. The bus stop is right by the house and there was always available public parking."

One of the highlights was the beautiful view overlooking the fortress, which made mornings and evenings especially enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, showing genuine hospitality and making sure everything was perfect. Communication was smooth and helpful from start to finish. The apartment is also very affordable for what it offers, with reliable and fast WiFi, making it a great choice for both leisure and work stays. Overall, everything exceeded expectations—I would definitely stay here again."

The hosts are wonderful, remarkably kind and hospitable - they made our first experience of Bermuda very special, adding a touch of magic to a much needed break. Watercolours is a beautiful home, very tastefully decorated, with the guest rooms luxurious and well appointed. Much thought and consideration has gone into making sure every need is met, so that it really feels like a home from home. Also helpful advice about where to go and how to get there with bus/ferry tickets available to purchase from the host rather than having the hassle of buying these from the bus station. We were so fortunate to have booked this place - it was outstanding in every way!"

"It's a beautiful hotel 10 out of 10. So comfortable and pretty. Very clean and you can have a beautiful view of the Nile. I absolutely recommend this place. "This place and it's owner offer truly valuable experience, it is very quiet, clean and comfortable. Very close to the nature, snorkeling beach, horses. Owner is very communicative, helpful, open-minded person. I can highly recommend the breakfast. If you don't like all inclusive monsters and want to place that has 'soul' it is for you. "Easy communication with the owner. The room is relatively small in comparison to the other accommodations, but not a big deal, it's a traditional house. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend for 1-2 nights."

The acces road is quite steep and parking might be challenging. Quite a lot of mosquitos during the night.

Breakfast had some nice continental options and I especially enjoyed the herb tea. The host was wonderful- I don't speak French but was very easy using google translate. She gave great instructions for arrival. She also looked after me as and made sure I got to the start of my hike safely- she asked another couple to drop me at the trail on their way to Marla after she realised I was going to walk up the windy mountain road! If you are getting a bus there is also a stop right outside- although take care to plan as the buses don't run frequently."

"The fales are super nice with ocean view and were clean and well maintained. The family was so great and the food amazing. Bathroom was also ok. Snorkelling was good too, close to the beach you can see many small colorful fish. Another guest even saw a small (harmless if you leave him in peace) reef shark outside at the very edge of the reef. Easy access to eg ocean trench which is worth a visit. It felt like coming home and paradise"
