"The front desk clerk was very welcoming. I received a free upgrade to a larger room which was clean and comfortable, in keeping with the usual standard I've experienced here. The desk clerk also gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste when I mentioned I'd forgotten to pack those items."

"I could not get the Keurig machine to work. Also, I was awakened very late in the night by a noisy patron (in the room directly above mine) who kept dropping things and moving furniture around."
