Realmente no hay nada malo en el alojamiento, como lo reservé con tiempo me dijeron que el día que llegáramos tenía que avisar 1 hora antes para que fueran abrirme, pero días antes de llegar me mandaron un msj con un código para entrar (supongo que eso es nuevo) y llegando a la entrada principal pusimos el código y entramos sin problema, una vez dentro solamente buscamos la habitación y listo. La habitación que nos tocó estaba hermosa, con vista a la cascada. La chica del desayuno es sumamente amable!! Las habitaciones muy bonitas y limpias, sin duda si regresamos a Lauterbrunnen nos quedaríamos aquí sin pensarlo!!"

"The room was very comfortable and lovely. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond, they were responsive, helpful and gave us an early check in. The breakfast had some nice variety. The view was beautiful of the waterfall. It was nice and close to the train station and the town was in a great location to access other towns."

"There was no lift so we had to carry our bags up the stairs. It did get quite hot in the mornings."

"Breakfast spread was decent, ground floor of the house had a lounge with tea/ coffee and a microwave. Also a shared small fridge under the stairs for all guests to use. Comfortable and cosy stay for our time in Lauterbrunnen. Close to the staubbach falls. Check in was easy and instructions given were clear."
