The Sonnenberg Hotel Boutique in Kriens offers panoramic views over Lake Lucerne, the mountains and the forest, a Nespresso machine in every room, seasonal cuisine and free WiFi. Residencia Sonnenberg is easily reachable by the historic funicular, climbing up from Kriens Dorf within 7 minutes, from April to November. Guests can enjoy panoramic views from the on-site ecentro de tratamientoscio gastronómico´s winter garden or terrace. A large network of hiking trails surrounds the estructura hotelera and a 18-hole mini golf course and a playground are there as well. You can park your car for free on site and guests can take advantage of a free public transport ticket during their stay. At the check-in, guests will receive the Lucerne card in order to use the public transport during their stay for free.

"The rooms were nice, the view was also nice probably but unlucky for us the weather was foggy. The rooms have windows that see down the hill and they also provide binoculars to enjoy the view. There's a market in the farm near by that you can buy fresh milk products."

"Really good stay in Lucerne with super friendly staff who were very accomodating. The views from this stay are absolutely incredible! The location is away from the busy centre, but there is a cable car that runs every 10-15 mins to take you to and from the bus stop everyday - very scenic (downside is this only runs until 5pm)."

"We arrived at the hotel around 23:00. Since the staff is leaving at 18:00, we received the room keys in the safe box located next to the hotel entrance (they provided me with the safe PW). The rooms were spacious and clean. We woke up to this beautiful view. Breakfast was basic and nice. Staff were nice and friendly. Very recommended hotel."
