"This is a place where everything works -- gas, electric, water. Enough pots and pans for everyone. We enjoyed the stay. The place was clean, sheets were clean, towels and soap present, and there was working cleaning tools to keep the place clean. The host had thought of everything. The WiFi was superb. And the park outside is well-maintained and enjoyable."

A work desk was missed. Indoor parking not available, but the are is quite safe and secure.

"Excellent location, just a short walk from Lonnoc Beach and a 15 minute walk from the famous Champagne Beach; 20 minute ride to Port Olry. There is a small village (Hog Harbour Village) nearby, about a 20 minute walk, where you can buy local bread and fruit. Accommodation is very basic but serves its purpose. Mosquito coils and nets are provided. The local who looked after us, Melody, was very welcoming and kind, and made us delicious breakfasts and dinners. There were no kayaks available but they can be rented from the neighbouring Lonnoc Beach Bungalows."

Drainage in the shower is poor and the floor quickly becomes wet and muddy. Facilities are very worn out. The room has no shelving to put your belongings; this would be a great improvement. If you are on a budget, keep in mind that pretty much the only food options in the area are the restaurants at the lodge or at neighbouring accommodations, where a meal costs 1500-2000 vatu per person. The food is delicious though and there are local dishes - the paw paw curry was phenomenal.

"I absolutely loved the place! I came together with my friend with intention to relax and chill. The place was super cozy, relaxing and in a lovely calm area. When we came in november, there were still some wedding decoration left on the staircase (from the owners sons wedding the month before), and as a future bride myself I felt enchanted! "Very nice accommodation. Comfortable, clean with all needed amenities and more! The swimming pool is a pleasure and the view on the palm trees, a real treat. The place is very secure, and perfectly located being very close to the city center on one side and restaurants and bars on the other side (few minutes walk).."

The host should have explained how all the property facilities functioned or a set of instructions. We did not know about the water jets or lights of the pool. Slight smell in the room and lots of lizards and flys

Der Lärm nachts von der Straße ist extrem. Die Matratze ist eine Katastrophe. Terrassen Möbel fehlen. Extrem hellhörig auch zu der Wohnung nebenan. Die Pfanne müsste dringend ersetzt werden.

A nosotros nos tocaron días de lluvia y la calle para llegar se pone bastante difícil de transitar. Lo único que no funcionaba bien es la canilla de la cocina, que estaba suelta.

"It was so peaceful, and the staff were brilliant and very welcoming. Such a perfect location on the hillside looking over the lake. The accommodation was super comfortable, it was difficult to leave!"

Le petit chemin qui mène jusqu'à l'hébergement est un peu difficile à emprunter. Surtout avec les bagages.

"Wonderful little getaway, greeted by the most charming host and beautiful, peaceful, tranquil surroundings. Saw the sunrise with coffee and breakfast on the private terrace/decking area. A must if you are in the area."
