"Good size, 1 bedroom apartment at the top of town, close to everything. Quiet, safe area, building front door electronic key code, key to own apartment. Helpful owner, communicated all our information in advance via WhatsApp. Very clean. Mixed wifi/internet/network, excellent in kitchen/living room, not so good in bedroom. Sinks on roof for clothes washing, with drying lines (but cheap laundry opposite). 'L' shaped living room/kitchen, good lighting, small bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, bedside units, bedside lamps and small bathroom (electric hot water shower). Extra bunk beds in living room, with 2 arm chairs, table and (3) chairs and kitchen area (2 ring electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, large fridge/freezer, limited pots, pans, cutlery and crockery). Powerpoints throughout. Bin. Generally not too hot or cold. This was always a strong 8, or 9, and not much to do to get it to a 10!"

No visible signs of recycling. Cash only (Quetzales). No drinking water or filter. No hooks for clothes. Kitchen could do with more utensils and cooking pots, maybe an electric kettle. Needs a broom or mop to clear up. Bathroom not a good design (limited space), needs more towel hooks. Poor wifi/internet/network in bedroom (but excellent everywhere else).

I arrived in the evening. And it was hard to find the location. There was no sign outside.

"The caretaker was really sweet, really helpful and would clean early in the morning while we slept. The view was amazing, and the home was breathtaking."

There was a mix-up, and the booking information we had did not reflect in the information provided to the caretaker. She was unaware that we booked an additional night and was only charging us for the initial booking. Luckily, we had the booking information, and we paid her the full amount, but it was stressful for a while there while we cleared up the issue.

"Las instalaciones están en excelente calidad, todo estaba muy limpio, baño amplio con bañera, productos de aseo personal, las camas son muy cómodas, y el alojamiento ofrece café y agua purificada como cortesía. Lo recomiendo."
