El Drake Bay Sunset Lodge se encuentra en un establecimiento familiar, rodeado de naturaleza, a solo 5 minutos a pie de la cima de la colina, con vistas al océano. Hay aparcamiento gratuito a los pies de la colina, delante de la playa. El establecimiento dispone de bungalows de madera de construcción ecológica, equipados con muebles rústicos hechos a mano. Todos incluyen baño privado y un balcón. Se celebran excursiones al parque nacional Corcovado, con abundante vida salvaje. Durante su estancia en el establecimiento podrá disfrutar de salidas de observación de ballenas y delfines, y practicar submarinismo y snorkel en la isla del Caño. El Sunset Lodge programa actividades privadas, como paseos a caballo, recorridos en kayak, excursiones nocturnas, caminatas a la reserva ecológica Rio Claro y rutas de senderismo a las cascadas y reserva natural del establecimiento. El aeropuerto de Bahía Drake está a 25 minutos en coche y 1 hora en barco del distrito Sierpe, Osa. San José se encuentra a unos 350 km.

"The views were absolutely amazing, watching the birds in the morning was an absolute joy. The property was very comfortable, close by everything you need. Close to a beach, supermarket, restaurants etc. Also the owner was super helpful with everything, including transport, and booking tours etc."

"Amazing ocean view, fantastic cabins that were super clean, comfortable and really let you live the spirit of Costa Rica! We saw toucans, scarlet macaws and probably 10 other species of wildlife just while having breakfast! Even my hard to impress teenage daughter was blown away and sad to leave. The owner was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and connected with all of the tours (exceptional insect/reptile night tour by Jose Huertas - he took pictures for us that felt National Geographic quality, night time biolumenescent boat ride by Alavaro Pacheco) and booked us for all of the things we wanted to do."
"Not related to the property, but we didnt know that you should take out cash/USD before getting to Drake Bay as its the primary method to pay for tours and such to avoid needing to pay taxes. We got by using Paypal (Visa is accepted at all restaurants)"
