"The staff was outstanding. Frank from reception was incredibly welcoming and took care of any problem with professionalism and dedication. He was also a very good source of local recommendations or a nice chat and laugh. I am always very impressed with the high level of language skill, Frank spoke english and Italian in addition to french. Fabien, who looked after us at breakfast, provided quick and great service and always with a smile and did help me even with some french words. I stayed in a one bed apartment, which was very clean and had everything I needed. A supermarket was in a walkable distance, which helped with a longer stay. The facilities in the hotel, like the pool and the little workout area, have been well looked after, and I would definitely recommend staying there."
