"Location perfect for everything, train station 5 mins walk , we went to Menton, Monaco. 10 minutes walk to all bars and restaurants in Nice, supermarket 2 mins walk around the corner that sold amazing wines for 6 euros, bakery 2 minute walk. perfect location, even promenade du Anglais beach was a 20 minute pleasurable walk past all the yachts. The air conditioning is fantastic the best ever."

"Ein perferkte Ferienwohnung mit Top Ausstattung.Einfach sehr gut! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!"

"Private pool available for use, very proactive communication from friendly and flexible host concerning arrival and check in. Delicious coffee served on the terrace outside. Location just outside town but easy enough to reach especially by bike."

"Der Ausblick auf den Hafen ist nett. Obwohl das Apartment so zentral bei den Clubs am Nachtleben gelegen ist, findet sich im Schlafzimmer genügend Ruhe, da dieses nach hinten gelegen ist. Braucht man noch mehr Ruhe müssen die Fenster alle geschlossen werden. Das grosse Wandbild versprüht einen besonderen Charme. Der Parkplatz befindet sich in der unterliegenden Einstellhalle, wodurch das Auto immer schön kühl bleibt."

"Excellent location near train station, beach and JLP center. Sea view from terrace, lovely agternoon/evening sun to terrace. Clean and well equipped studio. Quiet to sleep."

"Great location within easy walking distance to the centre of Bergerac. Lovely room, a welcoming bottle of wine and fresh peaches picked from their own tree, lovely swimming pool with deck chairs and fabulous hosts. Sandra and Carsten couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay excellent even providing us with bicycles to explore the area."

"The apartment was, compact, clean, and comfortable. However for a family of four, it was a little, too compact... The main bed was, the best bed I've ever slept in, and the huge fan was a welcomed addition... Location was perfect and there was parking outside, at a small cost... All in all, Ideal....."
