"Amazing location! The room was spacious, bed comfortable and the host friendly and helpful. We had some trouble with the trains and she was in contact with us throughout, ready to help. Big windows + a provided fan made the warm nights quite comfortable. The proximity to train stations, metro, and a myriad of great restaurants makes this a areat place to spend a few days exploring Paris."
"Sharing a single bathroom with the family can be a bit challenging, creating queues at times and giving one the feeling one shouldn't monopolise it for too long. We loved the cats! But their presence was not announced in the description as far as I can tell, and I could see how that could be a problem for certain people."
"Me encantó la atención de Laurence, es adorable. Muy preocupada porque uno se sienta tranquilo y como en casa, así mismo explica todo, cómo llegar, cómo ir en metro! La ubicación está muy bien porque en el metro puedes moverte sin problemas"

"Nicely presented room, with a really comfortable bed. The lady greeting us was very friendly and helpful and especially patient with my woeful / non-existent French. Would stay again, when in the area, so will have to start practicing my French"

"My stay at Demontescal Résidence was truly pleasant. The staff were extremely professional, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The price was very reasonable, especially considering its excellent location — right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a great balance between comfort, service, and value. I would definitely recommend it and consider staying here again."
