"Very little:- the contact was quite late, there was no balcony or terrace. Whist the room description did not say there would be, the photographs attached to the booking are a little misleading. This would definitely not prevent us from booking again."

"Very comfy stay in the old town of Avignon. The apartment was large, quiet and well equipped. I appreciated the coffee machine with coffee capsules. Everything worked well and WiFi was also strong (I had to do some video calls for work). Good hot shower. I did not see any personnel; I did self-check in and check out."

"Genuine, old style apartment with wooden shuttered windows opening onto view of medieval houses and roof tops. Great location close to Palais des Papes, nestled in medieval stone streets. Spacious with separate kitchen, lounge and bedroom so plenty of room to move around. Excellent stock of utensils and supplies in cupboards for cooking and dining."

"Bed needed to be softer, more comfortable. Front door very heavy to move and only opened part way."

"Tucked away in a quiet part of the old town, the apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and restful stay. We had to arrive later than anticipated and the hosts were very helpful and communicated easily to accommodate that. The flat was designed thoughtfully and felt atmospheric, authentic and homely. It is easy to walk to shops, restaurants and places of interest. Stayed for four nights and would certainly return if we were once again in Avignon."

"Absolutely loved this apartment, great location in the old town, quiet, comfy bed, clean and tranquil. As we were in October it was cool to sleep, there didn’t seem to be others around (we were on the top floor, 3 flights up). Shower had great pressure. These are really nice flats and highly recommend them. Great communication from the host (speaks English which we appreciated)."

"I noticed comments on the bathroom door- yeah, it’s on an old iron roller system so needs a steady pull to roll it across and it doesn’t close exactly flush - but it’s no big deal once you know how to handle it."
