Madrigal

"La habitación fue tal cual la foto, hay una estación del metro cruzando la calle lo que facilita moverse hacia cualquier lado, el balcón es pequeño pero con una bella vista, el trato en recepción fue muy bueno y en español. 👌🏼"

"Lovely staff and lovely rooms only thing is that the bathroom was on the smaller smaller side but nothing major for a short stay for 2 of us. Only a 25 min walk from effiel town and 2 minutes from a tube station so very convenient and easy."

"Staff didn’t tell us how to get in when the office is shut later at night, wasn’t made aware of the side door."

"Friendly and welcoming staff made the stay very pleasant. The hotel offers a convenient breakfast option just steps from the lobby, which was a great way to start the day. The location is excellent as well, with a subway station right next door, making it easy to get around the city."

"The bathroom door is designed in a way that it doesn’t close, which feels a bit awkward and inconvenient—especially when sharing the room with someone."

"Excellent location, big enough juniour suit for 4 people, very good beds, clean, nearby several pharmacies, bakeries, sweet shops"

"Airconditioning in one of the rooms did not work, but they fixed it on the next day."

"Worth paying the extra for the balcony 👌. Clean, which is most important to us. Great location for getting around. Breakfast was so good too 😋"

"Location was great. Room nice enough but very small."

"There were no towels in the room. We had to pay for towels & didn’t know this until I was actually in the shower!!! Never stayed anywhere in the world where I’ve had to pay for a towel to dry myself with after a shower or after I’ve washed my hands!"

"Excellent location! The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were cosy and clean. This has quickly become one of our favourite places for couples. We hope to visit again!"

"The stuff was friendly. Breakfast also nice Location great"

"The door in the bathroom doesn't give you privacy."

"It was very clean, quiet and had a great view, there are two entrances to the metro, one being an overground station and one being a underground station. There are also many bus stops around and lots of local places to eat. The staff were very friendly and supportive with directions, travel advice and extra needs, the room was exactly as advertised on the booking website. When arriving there was a beautiful small birthday set up from the staff which was lovely and started of my trip with a smile. I would definitely stay again and recommend as a cheap but expensive feeling place to stay"

"Very good hotel, great breakfast tray and close to train station."

"Shower did not have a door, very wet floor after a shower"
