"We absolutely loved it! What a way to arrive by row boat to your house boat for the night. We even got a delicious dinner in a hamper to take across. It was perfect with cows and calves as neighbours and a chorus of Frogs. A brilliant place for children to be free and for adults to unwind."

"Perfect location for an early train from Bordeaux. I arrived late off my flight so didn't use any amenities but the staff were friendly and check in was easy. The area around the hotel seemed busy with lots of places to eat and drink and it is directly opposite the train station so I was able to roll out of bed at 5:30am for my 6am train"

"Wonderful host, very accommodative, very responsive and very pleasant. We were pleasantly surprised by the Christmas cookies and drinks they left for us. The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and safe. It has all the amenities and facilities available to prepare meals and also a washer which is an added advantage especially if you are traveling for over a month in France. The location is great too, just walking distance to the various Christmas markets and there's a huge supermarket nearby. Highly recommended and definitely value for money."
