"In a lovely little town , this was a stop off for us on our way south, a very warm welcome on arrival which continued till we left. We had drinks in the bar and food in the restaurant. Both were fantastic value for money as was the room cost. Free parking onsite too for our little Renault 4 ( Quatrelle) . Perfect stop off for any traveller ."

"From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was smooth and welcoming. We were greeted at the front door and kindly directed to the rear of the property, where a secure gate provided safe overnight storage for our bicycles—a thoughtful touch for active travelers. Our rooms were located on the top floor and were impressively spacious, each with a private ensuite. The added convenience of in-room coffee made mornings even more enjoyable. We were asked to book breakfast in advance, and it turned out to be absolutely delightful—fresh, flavorful, and a perfect start to the day. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made this stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!"

"We booked the Moulin du Champagne as a stop over on our way to Italy and found it ideal as it's near to the main routes lovely rural location. Our host gave us a great recommendation for a place to eat in the evening which was excellent. Our breakfast was good plenty of coffee and tea and lovely chilled yoghurt and orange juice along with cake, bread and cheese. Good value for money and a great place to stay for a stop over."

"We loved the location of this hotel in the amazing Gorge du Tarn - be prepared for the twisting mountain road to reach it! The Auberge is not in Saint Enemie but further down the Gorge in the tiny hamlet of Saint-Chély where the only people around were those working there, or guests. The staff were great - very friendly and interesting. The food was good - especially the Roquefort Creme Brulé. There is a small church there with an interesting cemetry to look around. Auberge de la Cascade was very convenient for visiting other parts of the Gorge and taking part in other activities, such as La Malène, a 15-minute drive away. There is also ample parking opposite the Auberge."

"The property was so beautiful! Having your own little outhouse made it so special and it was decorated so well. The garden was so special and we really enjoyed waking up there every morning . The bed so was comfy and the bathroom was huge with a separate shower and bath. There was even monogrammed towels and bathrobes ! The breakfast was so lovely - we had some homemade yoghurt which was the best I’ve ever had. Their dog Nabu was the sweetest girl and we loved seeing her everyday. Such a wonderful stay - Can’t fault a thing"
