"Beautiful apartment in an excellent location, near the beach, shops, restaurants, everything is very close. Very well equipped kitchen. Parking well appreciated in this area where parking is very difficult. Large rooms and very comfortable beds. Perfect for a family (up to 4). Next time in Nice I will definitely come back here."

Very easy to find the flat and even at midnight when we arrived instead of 5pm, due to travel delays on the channel tunnel ..it was so simple to find the key box, gate fob and park. Comfortable enough, had basic amenities and everything you may need. Nice bakery just outside that opened at 7am. Very convenient location for us 20 mins from disneyland which we had booked from the day after we arrived in France. Would definitely recommend and I'd stay again if needed. Thank you Tommy."

"We stayed here for two nights with my wife and our two young children. The first thing to note is that you cannot drive directly to the apartment, as it’s located on a pedestrianised street. This isn’t an issue at all—the underground car park is only a minute’s walk away and very reasonably priced. We were welcomed by a lovely lady who showed us around. It felt a little formal at first, but the apartment itself quickly won us over. It’s spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfect for a family stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the main bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the second bedroom was ideal for our children—they slept wonderfully, and so did we. Despite being right in the heart of the main shopping streets, the apartment is incredibly quiet. The location couldn’t be better, and the overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Le Mans—it really is a little gem."
