Ty Kergate

"This flat certainly was NOT the smartest I have ever stayed in, but it was clean enough. Most important, we slept well, and all the plumbing worked. The kitchenette helped us to cook some good meals. The riverside balcony was amazing, but the weather meant we couldn't use it very much. Essentially this flat is ONE Room sectioned into bedroom, sitting, dining, and cooking areas. It was surprisingly well arranged and thus disguised its small size very well. the small toilet/shower room worked, and the other "room" had the Hob and the kitchen sink. The location was good enough for central Orleans and yet away from all the hub bub - we walked into town easily."

"We had an amazing stay at Florence and Thierry’s studio! Location is exceptional, everything you need is minutes away so you don’t need a car. Alternatively there’s a huge car park steps away from the entrance. Kitchen is well equipped, you can cook with ease! Large Juliette balcony and windows with external blinds. we were offered a fan for the warmer nights. comfortable large bed + a single bed bunk bed - did not test. Studio located on the 3rd floor, both elevator and stairs available and entrance is accessible with prams or a wheelchair. Highly recommend dining at Le Sud! amazing service and only a 10mins walk away!"

"Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement, très central et tout près du port et de la vieille ville, avec un parking gratuit à moins de 500 mètres, le logement, qui correspondait à nos attentes et à la description, la présence d'équipements de base (huile, vinaigre, sel, sucre, thé...), le petit livret d'accueil, la simplicité pour arriver et quitter le logement."

"La situation dans la ville est très bien. C’est très calme. Il y a tout le nécessaire. Pour cuisiner et se dépanner pour un court séjour (assaisonnements, produits de ménage etc…) Le linge de lit, de toilette et de ménage sont fournis."
