"Location was perfect and the house was super clean and comfortable for our family of 5. The owners were awesome and even brought us fresh picked fruit. The view from the front room with its oversized sliding door is spectacular. This picture was taken right out the front door."

Nice, comfortable and clean rooms. - and ALWAYS warm water 🤯 My room was on the 4th floor so there was a terrace and I had a good view over the roofs of Kathmandu 😂. I felt at home from the first moment because of the nice owner and the nice staff helping me to find solutions whenever I needed: Taxi, organizing my trips, recommendations for affordable restaurants and so on. The breakfast was perfect, so I started always in good mood! - Thank You so much 🙏🙏"

From the very first moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome – everyone was so kind, friendly and attentive, which created a really warm and relaxing atmosphere. Both the dinner and the breakfast were delicious and the overall standard of the hotel was excellent. Everything was very well taken care of and we felt really comfortable throughout our stay. It's not a complaint as it didn't cause a problem, but the only thing to mention was that the reception wasn't open before 10am, so we had to let the cleaning staff know we were checking out and give our keys to them as the reception was closed.

"The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The bathroom was old but the hot water worked well. There was a fridge. Overall a decent stay."

The toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. It feels a bit out of town but only a short drive away.

Tout était appréciable, au niveau de l’emplacement et pour l’espace d’ensemble. La piscine a un petit problème de fuite d’où un niveau de hauteur d’eau un peu bas. Ceci n’a que très peu altéré le plaisir de s’y être baigné.

On the second day there was a slight smell in the bathroom but nothing too serious , a little plumbing will sort that out !

When booking on here, It wasn't too clear about the extra cost of breakfast and also when we arrived, the receptionist told us what time this was but then when we came down for it the next morning, said we had not booked. Needs to be clear on check in and booked then. It would have perhaps been good to have been informed about the wedding taking place when we were there.

Not too clean (still very acceptable and I would return). Single bed (would loved to have 2 separate beds). Air conditioner is fairly weak.
