In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

"The hotel itself is modern, and the rooms are impressively large and kept spotless with daily cleaning. A huge shoutout to the staff—they were genuinely helpful and made the stay much better. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh options to choose from."

There are a few areas that need immediate attention. First, the hot water in the shower never quite reached a comfortable temperature. Second, the Spa hours are misleading; it’s advertised until 8 PM but closed at 6 PM during my stay. Location : it’s in the old part of the city, which is charming by day, but the surrounding streets are quite dark at night.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

Me dio un poco de calor una noche y no se pudo tender el aire, pero todo lo demás muy bien. Habitación muy cómoda.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

There is no wardrobe in the room and no hand tissue was provided. The price was very expensive for the room No shuttle to pick up from the airport

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

"TOOOODOOOOO!!!! Esta muy bonito tiene varias estancias x todas partes y parecen de palacio.. Los sillones, la decoracion, las alfombras.. Lamparas.. Chimeneas.. Los cuartos muy limpios, la cama supercomoda, cafetera en la habitacion, el desayuno muy bueno, hay dos tipos, a la carta y bufet ligero.. Fue suficiente ambos. Restaurante y bar muy agradables, tienen hora del te, y show los fines de semana baile irlandes, musica en vivo entre semana un cantante guitarrista, los chicos y chicas del servicio super atentos.. Esta a 10 minutos del centro caminando super cerca de todo, transporte publico accesible.. ME ENCANTO"

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

Ligeramente caliente la habitación, aunque no fue un gran problema. Una noche trajimos comida del exterior y queríamos comerla en el comedor del hotel. Alguien del personal llegó, casi se infartó y nos corrió de ahí. Al parecer sólo dejan consumir lo que se compra ahí mismo.

"Me ofrecieron 3 camas y lo cumplieron, en un cuarto limpio y con un baño muy funcional. A pesar de que llegué tarde, resolvieron el tema sin que hubiera necesidad de una persona haciendo nuestro registro de entrada. La zona está bonita para caminar y hay un tranvía que sale a unos pasos."

La entrada del edificio se ve descuidada, la recámara tenía muy poco espacio para equipaje y como éramos 3 personas con 4 maletas, no nos sentíamos cómodos. Además, aunque tenía un soporte en la pared, no tenía TV en el cuarto.
