The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

En la zona mucho homeless (cuestion ajena al hotel) sin embargo son tranquilos.

Que el día que llegamos olía mal el baño, y al no abrir las ventanas de las habitaciones, o tener buenos extractores , se tardó mucho en irse el mal olor

el hotel está muy descuidado, le urge una remodelación o o menos un mantenimiento mayor, alfombras sucias, cortinas viejas, baños muy viejos , decoración muy baoleta y muy obscuro . También le falta aire acondicionado a las áreas comunes

"Excelente hotel.. La habitación muy amplia, la cama muy cómoda y el baño mucho mejor que la ultima vez que esttuve aquí. Siempre llego con ustedes. Tengo 12 años llegando aquí. Muy recomendable.. El restaurnat y la comida excelente."

Solamente les falta un buen tequila... Tienen tequilas muy malos. Soy mexicano, por eso lo comento, pero estoy muy contento del hotel y el sevicio.. Excelente precio y calidad.

"- El metro esta a menos de 5 min a pie del hotel, por lo que ir a cualquier parte de la ciudad es muy comodo. - La habitación era bonita, comoda y limpia. - Puedes dejar tu equipaje después de ahcer el check out. - Hay muchos lugares de interes cerca. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí."

The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

Falló un poco el Internet que sí deberían de corregirlo y meterle más modems para que se puedan utilizar en todos los cuartos y en todas las áreas.

"We stayed in a club room which gave us access to the Club Lounge. The lounge was excellent great food all day and the staff were exceptional. When you consider we were trapped in the Hotel because of the war we could not have been in a better place. Everyone was caring and so helpful. Wonderful Hotel made so by the staff"

Ligeramente caliente la habitación, aunque no fue un gran problema. Una noche trajimos comida del exterior y queríamos comerla en el comedor del hotel. Alguien del personal llegó, casi se infartó y nos corrió de ahí. Al parecer sólo dejan consumir lo que se compra ahí mismo.

El personal de limpieza muy grosero y altanero, abría la puerta de la habitación sin pedir permiso y hacía la limpieza hasta después de las 4 de la tarde
