I especially appreciated how quiet it was and the Omani-style décor in the room added a nice local touch. I only stayed one night, but it was a pleasant and comfortable stop during my trip."

"I'm traveling since last fifteen years and stayed in many countries, places and met nice people around. This host is unique and she is super helpful when I asked for help like my son went sick amdnshe called the doctor for appointment and also she sent me a delivery of what I missed when I checked out the apartment. Coming to the facilities, it is a great place to stay with family and near the nature. We are fortunate that the walk was nice nearby and kitchen has everything you want to make. Overall, nearby highway and I strongly recommend."

"The host was adorable, very helpful and warm. The bed was comfortable, the area was very cute and peaceful. The dining room was cosy and well decorated. Last but not least, the breakfast was varied and delicious, with fresh croissants!"

The shared bathroom could use a renovation (very basic shower with a shower head up on the wall) and the windows in the room were old and should be changed for better isolation. Also, you absolutely need a car as it's a bit far from the bus stop.

The lift to floor 13 is busy, just remember when catching the airport bus.

"The guesthouse is situated at a peaceful street. Friendly staff. We were given a nice room facing to the quiet backyard so we were able to keep the window open all night, allowing us good sleep. All we needed were in the room: shower, good beds, fan to keep the room cooler. The breakfast was good. The beautiful Rakvere castle is within a brisk walk, also some good restaurants and a supermarket are few steps away."

Photos of the room while booking was different from the room which we got, so were a bit upset about it.

"The room is clean and huge in size. Even the location is good for accessing shops and restaurant and not far from the center."

As I enter the room, there is a strong smell of smoke. They need to ensure that the room is properly ventilated so that the smoke odour doesn't linger. Additionally, they don't provide soap or shampoo in the bathroom. It can also be quite exhausting to stay in a hotel with steep stairs and no elevator.

I didn't receive the room what I booked. During my stay(4 days), nobody came in to clean or to take the garbage. Didn't worth the price.

La morena de recepción, muy pesada atiende los clientes como si fueran a pedir posada de gratis, es muy agria, definitivamente no esta acta para atender clientes

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is absolutely delicious. You can truly feel the history of this place, which makes the stay even more special. "Beautiful setting on the outskirts of the city, high on a hill. A place where there is tent camping, spaces for camper vans, and there are rooms available. We had a beautiful room with private bathroom, and shared access to a sitting room, kitchen facilities and terrace. It is self-catering, but the hosts will order bread to be delivered in the morning for you, or they’ll order a pizza delivery in the evening. There is an outdoor cafe/bar. The place is bustling, interesting and entertaining. Lamego is a beautiful city with many interesting buildings."
