El Pedra Residence está situado a 200 metros de la playa de arena volcánica de Fico Grande, es un establecimiento al estilo de las islas Eólicas y ofrece gimnasio gratuito. Se encuentra en un jardín tranquilo y goza de solárium amueblado con vistas al mar. Los estudios del Pedra disponen de balcón amueblado, TV vía satélite y baño privado. Algunos gozan de vistas al mar y otros al jardín. Cuentan con camas de hierro forjado, suelo de terracota, aire acondicionado y zona de cocina. A diario, se sirve un desayuno siciliano con productos dulces en un restaurante cercano y que incluye granite (granizados), cruasanes y bebidas calientes. El mismo restaurante propone descuentos para la cena. En invierno, los huéspedes pueden disfrutar del desayuno directamente en la habitación e incluye galletas, cruasanes y café. El muelle de Scari, de donde parten los ferris hacia Lipari, está a 1 km del establecimiento. Las excursiones a pie al volcán salen de la plaza de San Vincenzo, situada a 5 minutos a pie.

"Outstanding property. The excellent spot for volcanos lovers (like me). The house has around 10 big studios, and a panoramic rooftop. View on the spitting Stromboli, countryside or the sea. Whatever you fancy, you got it!. It is a very relaxing property and area. No cars, only tuc-tucs! Even the local police go around with these tuc-tucs. Thanks to Sharon, to the housekeeper (sorry I forgot your name), and to Max (the dad) for your professionalism and dedication."

"Good location, around 20 minutes walk to port, Guesthouse is near a lovely beach few minutes away, and on way to hike volcano and the observatorio. Small tabac shop few minutes away for snacks/ drinks etc. Fridge in room and TV . Comfortable bed."

The Host was really friendly, answered all questions in a few minutes and helped with extra concerns (for example the laundry)."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
