"Everything superb, starting with the hints to the arrival from the staff ending with the kindess at the checkout. Have to admit, we received an upgrade to Hotel room, but this was the best accomodation we had in Sicily. The best beds, the most quiet AC and the best breakfast."

"It was a 15th century Monastery renovated into a stunning hotel in a great location. Our rooms and bathrooms were beautiful, comfy and large. The concierge was so helpful in assisting us with dining suggestions, securing a taxi as well as helping to take our bags to the taxi location. She truly went above and beyond. Breakfast was included and the best I've ever had during my many travels. The dining room was visually stunning. I can't say enough, it was fantastic! I highly recommend Hotel Pironi in the stunning location of Cannobio."

"We loved everything about the hotel - from the very warm welcome and making us feel right at home for our entire eight night stay. This family owned and operated three story hotel offers breakfast and evening dinner, where you have the option to dine in the garden, which we fully enjoyed. The kitchen went out of their way to accommodate some food intolerances I have. Our third floor room with sea view was spotless, had fabulous bedding, a lovely bathroom along with a huge private balcony. A beach bar a short stroll away offers dedicated chaise lounges with umbrellas, along with food and beverage service by the family. The water was still warm late September when we visited, great swimming."
