"Everything is close and they bring you food to your room."

"All good. Just remember that a Khmer person can give them $100, and they don't flinch. You give them $20 bucks and they act as if it is fake. Every weird."

"Felt very authentic, lovely area where you can sit and chat to other people. Not in the main city which was really nice as you could escape from the busy area. The host also let us stay in our room until the evening before we got an overnight bus which was so kind and thoughtful of her"

"Joffrey and Soriya are adorable people. We had a very pleasant stay at their home. You can rent a scooter from the guesthouse and go to the center of kampot in not even 10 minutes. They have food recommandations and tours as well. You can ask anything ! They know it all ;) There also is a laundry service (nice to know for backpackers) I recommend ! I was very nice to stay with them."

"The facilites - the gym was phenomenal inc a boxing ring and the his and her plunge pools and salt saunas which were all free . The infinity pool was great and a great view over the mekong river and there were sun umbrellas for shade which a lot of the other hotels lacked. The breakfast was excellent and there was so much choice inc freshly cooked waffles and the staff were so attentive at topping up water and clearing plates away. All the staff were so friendly from ley ley on reception to the supervisor lady at breakfast to Chris the general manager. It really is an excellent top 5 star hotel and deserves all the awards it has won ."
