"The Urban" is located in the city centre, a 2-minute walk from the Old Market and Pub Street and a 15-minute drive from Angkor Wat and Siem Reap Airport. Tonle Sap Lake is a 20-minute drive away. "The Urban" features a tour desk and a 24-hour reception. Massage and laundry services are provided. Tuk-tuk (trishaw) services are also available at an extra charge. The on-site universo culinario serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. "Very nice hotel in a great location. They provide stainless steel water bottles for use and there's a water filter at reception. Really nice to see hotels trying to reduce plastic bottles. Had a slight miscommunication with booking a tour but the staff were very apologetic and really bent over backwards to make things right. I got in really early and the staff were kind enough to let me use a shower and change for the day. Would highly recommend staying here."
