"Me gusto la ubicación, la cercanía al centro y la información recibida fue suficiente para dar con el lugar. La verdad es muy sencillo"

"No tengo queja, leí las malas reseñas y me prepare con tapones de 15 euros para mis orejas, si esta sobre avenida principal y si hay ruido porque estan construyendo, pero por eso vine preparada. Depende del vecino que te toque solo nos dio miedo que los vecinos que estaban tambien rentando departamento dejaron las puertas abiertas 2 veces, Hablé con Justinas y fue solo parte de comunicación. Creo que se me hizo exagerado como la gente se queja de este lugar, la fachada no es la mejor. Pero por dentro el lugar es limpio, no sentimos inseguridad en lo absoluto y uno puede leer que son áreas compartidas. Ademas de que uno cuando viaja no se espera que las reglas de los paises sean 100% como Alemania o UK sobre el ruido. Cada quien puede traer audífonos para tapar sonidos y otra cosa antes de rentar un lugar asegurarse que sea HOTEL y que no esté sobre avenida o por un precio mas alto, algo mas exclusivo. Por nuestra parte los 3 dias de estancia estuvieron bien pero si es cierto que el aislante de sonido por cuarto no es el mejor y tambien sugeriria algo para el baño ya que no hay ventanas y tampoco corre aire por el aroma y humedad"

"It is a very convenient location, close to the city centre. Please note that the rooms are separate and share a common hallway and kitchen area. It is like a flat. It is an ideal option to book all four rooms and have the whole flat to yourself (good for companies)."

"The room was spacious and clean (although the floor hadn’t been washed), with a large bed, even if the mattress was too soft for my taste. The bathroom was also roomy, featuring a large shower cabin. There was a desk and chair suitable for working on a computer, and a window facing the road, which made the room bright but, when opened, quite noisy due to heavy traffic. Blackout curtains were available. In the shared area, there was a refrigerator and a stove (with pots and pans provided). The location is excellent—about a 5-minute walk to a large shopping center and 15 minutes to the Old Town. A bus stop with a direct connection to the airport is right next to the building, and a small grocery store (Kik) is just across the street."

"What bothered me most was how easily the neighbors could be heard—you could make out every word and step. If you’re a light sleeper, getting a good night’s rest with neighbors around is quite difficult. I also didn’t like the courtyard-side entrance: you have to walk from the parking area to the farthest, darkest corner of the building without any lighting. There is automatic lighting by the door, but you have to reach it first in complete darkness."

"it was in a really good location just about 15 minutes of walking from the cathedral square. it was comfortable, cozy, warm and good value for the money. there is an iki express right across the street. the owner is super helpful and replies quickly. thanks!"
