"Villa dans une résidence très calme sécurisée par portail et géré par une conciergerie en amont, située en partie Française à exactement moins de 10min de l aéroport de Grand-case de Saint-Martin. Il y à tout à proximité ( leader-price ,super U pharmacie, banque,boulangerie, nettoyage auto , le TOP passer un bon réveillon de fin d'année Prend facilement une famille de 4 personnes ( enfants) tous correspond parfaitement au photos et propriétaires à l écoute et present."

"La piscine non chauffée pour la nuit on s'y fait sur le long. Manque quelque petit élément pour entretenir la maison mise à disposition."

"The apartment was very well located on the french side of the island. When you have a rental car its only a couple of minutes to beautiful beaches and the town. In walking distance there are a few very nice restaurants. The pool was nice and the apartment itself spacious. It was everything we needed!"

"The appartment is very nice and spacious, everything is there! Also a nice terrace outside with banana trees. Location in front of Friar's bay is perfect! Be aware that the road to Friar's bay is bumpy, but nothing our simple rental car could not handle :) the beach bars at Friar's bay close early (in low season) so a car is needed to go to Marigot or Grand Case for dinner (only 10 minutes drive though). Or you can cook in the well equipped kitchen!"
