"The hotel is beautiful. It is made with traditional materials from the forest. The huts and beds are comfortable. The food is very nice as well. it's also not far from the Ramonafana park entrance - roughly 20 mins on foot, but the view on the road is beautiful, passing through a viewpoint on the Ramonafana waterfall. People from the hotel were extremely nice with us. Due to a car issue, we arrived very late at night, and they waited for us. The next morning, they helped us with arranging the guide, and also to arrange a night walk for the evening."

"The location is excellent, very close to Ranomafana National Park. The food was really good – I had fried rice with egg which was delicious, and the chocolate crêpes were great too. The Wi-Fi in the reception/restaurant worked perfectly, I was able to work without any issues. The staff was very kind and helpful. I also loved the stairs leading down to the river – such a beautiful and relaxing spot. The rooms were clean and there was hot water available!"

"The rooms themselves didn’t really impress me, and the beds were a bit uncomfortable. However, considering the value for money, it’s absolutely fine. Also, they don’t accept card payments and don’t have bank transfer options, so make sure to bring enough cash"

"Cute simple bungalows right at the edge of the rainforest in a beautiful tropical garden, we even had lemurs come hang out and feed off the huge fig tree one afternoon! Staff very friendly, rooms simple in bamboo huts bud beds very comfy, no bugs in the room, private access down to the river. Little restaurant serving food and snacks."

"No hot water so take that into account, but understandable as it’s in the middle of nature."

"Great price-quality ratio. Bungalows are simple, but very sufficient for a few nights. Nice walk down to the river on the property."

"Food might take long, but a solution is to order your dinner well in advance for a set time. Beds could be renewed, but we had a good night sleep."
