"Nos encantó la ubicación, con muchos lugares de ocio, restaurantes, bares, tan solo al salir del hotel nos encontramos ya en un centro comercial y al cruzar la calle con la principal zona de fiesta, a pesar de estar en esta zona no hay problemas de ruido a la hora de dormir ya que la habitación estaba lo suficientemente aislada del ruido. También nos gustó el buffet y el personal fue muy amable, incluso nos dejaron un detalle de despedida la última noche en el hotel. Buena relación calidad-precio."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping that kept everything in perfect condition. The breakfast staff were friendly and polite, creating a great start to each day. The reception team was also very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel."

"The breakfast selection was not the widest, although the food was still very good. The hotel is located in a relatively busy area, so it can be a bit noisy in the evenings. However, the hotel is accommodating and will change your room if possible. And the parking fee, which is €6 charged for each exit from the parking area, was in my opinion a little bit too much. If you need to leave car park more times a day."

"The staff truly deserve respect. We originally booked a standard room, which turned out to be quite disappointing - a small window facing the parking entrance, so it was noisy if opened and hard to breathe if closed, with no real view. We didn’t even complain because we were very tired, but surprisingly the reception called us to check if everything was okay. We shared our concerns, and they immediately offered to show us a few other rooms. In the end, we were upgraded to a room with a terrace on the top floor much quieter, fresh air, and a nice city view. They changed our room without any issues. "The location is a bit unusual. The hotel is inside a shopping center and split into two parts - the pool and breakfast area are in one building, while the rooms and reception are in another. It feels quite inconvenient to go from your room to the pool through the shopping area, so we didn’t even try it. On the positive side, it’s right in the city center, and everything is within walking distance. The breakfast was rather average - sausages were not really edible, other options lacked taste, and the drinks felt diluted."

"We had an amazing stay! The room was cleaned every day and the staff were so attentive – they even checked on us in the evenings and brought us chocolate, which was a really lovely touch.
