"Nice staff, willingness to serve to customer, delicious food, rich breakfast, good coffee, perfect sauna, cleaness of all facilities."

When boss or manager comes in to restaurant without greeting customers and starts to discuss working problems with the staff infront of customers. He should come 30minutes before opening time and let the discussion go without customers.

"Wunderbare und herzliche Gastgeber. Die Feierabende waren entspannt, ruhig und entschleunigend. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt."

Nur ein einziger Punkt wäre verbesserungswürdig. Verdunklungsrollos im Bereich der Schlafbereich würden für etwas längere Nächte sorgen :-)

"Una gran experiencia en un bote antiguo pero con todas las comodidades y muy bien mantenido,el desayuno es delicioso y muy variado y todos el personal es muy amable,la ubicación aunque un poco lejos de Budapest para nosotros fue perfecta,con un coche no hay ningún problema y puedes recorrer paisajes increíbles en el trayecto. La vista es majestuosa"

Un mantenimiento a las cerraduras de las puertas pero es algo insignificante todo muy bien!!

"La habitación con ventana tenía una vista magnífica del río y de la orilla contraria, incluida la Stadhus. Gamla Stan está muy cerca. Se puede caminar con facilidad a muchos puntos de interés. Conviene tener en cuenta que el camarote es de verdad pequeño, como se indica en la descripción. También que es un barco pequeño y se puede sentir el movimiento del oleaje, que la mayor parte del tiempo es ligero. Vale la pena totalmente pagar el desayuno ofrecido por el hotel."

Se escuchan los pasos y voces cuando otros huéspedes pasean por el balcón. Afortunadamente no hubo este problema durante la noche, solo en el día. El baño del camarote contiguo está pegado a la habitación y se escucha con claridad cuando se hace uso de él.

"Extremely friendly staff! Very nice surroundings, excellent location on the river. Delicious food with enormous portions. Simple, but clean and cozy. Fishing possibility on site."

Bathroom is needing little repair works.

"This place is very special to our family, and we come back every summer. We’ve stayed in the resort’s different lake houses and all have been great. The Swan House is cozy and charming, and since it’s only reachable by boat, it was an extra adventure for our child. Waking up to the sounds of the lake—fish jumping, raindrops (we had a few during our stay), the wind in the reeds, and birdsong—was simply magical. The owner is a wonderful lady, full of energy and creative ideas. Her warm hospitality and the super tasty pancakes she made for breakfast made our stay even more memorable."

The Swan House does not have a shower or sink, but with the lake all around, it wasn’t really a problem for us.
